Ms. Ngoc has over 13 years of experience in corporate restructuring, corporate finance and M&A consulting. Before founding Passion Investment, she was an expert in corporate finance, in charge of many important projects on enterprise valuation, equitization plan development, share auction at Viet Capital Securities Company and M&A consulting at Petroleum Securities Company.
She holds a BA in Banking and Finance from National Economics University in Hanoi and a Master’s degree in Finance from Deakin University, Australia.
She currently holds the position of Operations Director at Hestia Joint Stock Company.
Ms Nguyen Thi Hong Anh
